The Self-Care Wheel is copyrighted intellectual property and copyright licensing is required for use of the Self-Care Wheel images at a professional level. Any use of the Self-Care Wheel images in a professional capacity without a copyright license is intellectual property rights infringement, intellectual property theft, and is against the law. Non-exclusive license:

A non-exclusive license grants the licensee (YOU/YOUR AGENCY) the right to use the intellectual property, but the licensor (OLGA PHOENIX) remains free to grant any number of copyright licensees to others.

Non-transferable license:

A non-transferable copyright license prohibits the licensee (YOU/YOUR AGENCY) from transferring their license rights or sharing the license with others, such as their clients, contractors, or other agencies.

Non-sublicensable license:

A non-sublicensable copyright means that licensee (YOU/YOUR AGENCY) does not have the right to grant licenses or sublicenses to any third party, such as their clients, contractors, or other agencies.

How do I access all the materials and images after purchasing?

When checking out, you’ll be asked to agree to our licensing terms, which will constitute a legally binding copyright license contract between Olga Phoenix (Licensor) and You (Licensee).

You will become a member of our Self-Care Wheel copyright license program and our licensee immediately upon completing the purchase. You will have immediate access to all the highest quality Self-Care Wheel Images and all bonuses right after purchase via our copyright license portal.
