After nearly losing my life to devasting health consequences of overwork, severe burnout, and absolute lack of self-care 18 years ago, I made a deep commitment to changing my ways and getting to the bottom of how to create and enjoy a meaningful, healthy, and thriving life. In the next few years through tremendous amount of research, practice, and working with thousands of people and organizations around the world I found solutions that worked. This became the beginning of the Self-Care Wheel movement that currently is transforming the lives of people all over the globe.
I believe it’s no accident that you landed here today. Whatever the reason, I invite you to join me. Although it often seems that stress, overwork, overwhelm, and burnout, are inevitable parts of our lives, the most wonderful thing is that there is a solution!
